MANY VOICES Citations from Web-Based Journals and Other Periodicals A Work in Progress As if September 2009, these online sources include (a) 75 peer-reviewed professional journals; (b) 39 online periodicals of professional organizations, federal projects and agencies, university centers, and State agencies; and (c) 32 periodicals of educational laboratories, consortia, centers, and similar sources. Articles are reviewed for their relevance to systems change, policy, practice, and administration in terms of the No Child Left Behind Act and IDEA and related interests across the range of policymakers, administrators, practitioners, and families. The vast majority of citations are linked to full texts, but some lead to abstracts and information on acquiring the text. No citation is dated earlier than 2000.
