People to People: The Human Side of Change Collection: Tools

Children, teachers, and administrators are being asked to think and work in different ways as they under go change. There is not a school today that does not have at least one major initiative for school improvement. Such initiatives have both a technical and a human side. Both must be addressed if the initiative is to be as successful as possible. This collection of resources will focus upon the technical and human sides of implementation. This is a dynamic, comprehensive collection of materials and resources to assist in your understanding of People to People: The Human Side of Implementation.

Tools to assess knowledge and level of agreement

These documents provide the shared agreements across stakeholders groups about P2P that address the technical side of P2P. They are the foundation for our collaborative efforts on implementation on P2P. You may want to share these among the groups with whom you work to identify your shared agreements.

This tool provides a summary of the insights provided by the participants in the development of this Collection. You may consider using this document to begin discussions and assess the degree to which your stakeholders agree with these insights.
