This page is designed to give access to resources for states, districts, and schools. The content on this page was updated to provide the most recent information from states across the country by providing a link to the  National Center on Response to Intervention (NCRTI) State Database.

NCRTI developed the State Database to provide resources on a number of topics related to response to intervention (RTI). The resources, which range from policy documents and briefs to trainings and tools, were developed by states, districts, or U.S. territories who are in different stages of implementing Response to Intervention.

The State Database is searchable in a number of ways. It can be searched by:
•    State
•    Keyword
•    RTI Topic
•    Content (academic subject)
•    Level of education
•    Type of document
•    Audience
•    Policy

Also, the State Database provides The States Chart, which compares states and territories across four topics:
•    Does the state have a RTI framework?
•    Does the state have RTI components in it’s SPP?
•    Does the state have a RTI related SPDG?
•    What does the state allow for SLD identification?

You may also want to check out the National Center on Response to Intervention website for other resources, events and information related to RTI.

The resources within the State Database were gathered by the National Center on Response to Intervention (NCRTI) from public sources (e.g., state websites, SPPs, APRs) and are intended only to provide examples – not recommendations – of RTI implementation in the field. Any policies, models, or programs described within the resources have not been evaluated by and are not endorsed by either NCRTI or the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs, which funds the Center.
